Dr. Jeff McGee, Ed.D., is a Phoenix-based leadership coach and consultant serving leaders in-person and remotely across Arizona and nationwide. Through proven frameworks like his Triple Loop Leadership, Dr. McGee helps leaders build strong cultures, develop productive teams, and implement practical strategies for measurable growth. As the founder of Cross-Cultural Dynamics, he provides flexible coaching and consulting solutions tailored to each organization’s unique stage and budget.
A professor, national speaker, and published author, Dr. McGee is recognized for his asset-based, cross-cultural approach to leadership and his Triple Loop Leadership framework. He has partnered with nonprofits, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, businesses, and government agencies to strengthen culture, align strategy, and equip leaders with actionable tools that drive immediate and lasting impact.
Dr. McGee serves on local boards and dissertation committees. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
