Dr. Jeff McGee, Ed.D., is a Phoenix-based consultant and Fractional Chief Operating Officer serving start-up to mid-size nonprofits, in person across Arizona and remotely nationwide. He helps organizations turn mission into measurable outcomes by installing calm, repeatable operations: clear roles and routines, simple KPI dashboards, steady leadership cadences, and board-ready reporting. As the founder of Cross-Cultural Dynamics, Dr. McGee offers flexible, on-demand executive support that fits the budget and different stages.
A professor, national speaker, and published author, Dr. McGee is known for an asset-based, cross-cultural approach to leadership and his Triple Loop learning framework. He has guided nonprofits, schools, higher-ed institutions, businesses, and city and county agencies through operational stabilization, culture building, and strategy execution equipping leaders and managers with practical tools they can use immediately.
Dr. McGee serves on local boards and dissertation committees. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. He has been recognized by the Titan 100 as one of Phoenix’s top executive leaders (2023, 2024) and by Marquis Who’s Who for contributions to leadership and Triple Loop Learning.
