New Service Alert! Christian-Centered Coaching for Leaders
Over the past few months, we’ve announced a commitment I’m deeply passionate about: walking alongside nonprofit leaders working on understanding how AI can be a tool to support their work in achieving their mission. That work continues through Cross-Cultural Dynamics.
Today, I’m adding another passion that’s been on my heart for years: coaching Christian leaders across every sector using my Triple Loop Leadership framework.
Why This, Why Now?
Two reasons. First, I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, the real stories, where calling meets pressure, purpose meets complexity, and faith meets decision-making. Second, I enjoy helping others whenever possible by sharing my experiences and expertise. After the great response to my book, Reimagining Learning: The Power of Triple Loop Leadership, it became clear that many Christian leaders were asking, “How do I bring this into my faith and my work today?” This new offering is my answer.
Triple Loop Leadership began as a cross-sector framework to help leaders see beyond quick fixes and address the beliefs, assumptions, and rhythms that drive their decisions. I’m now extending that framework directly to Christian leaders so your leadership growth is anchored in Scripture and expressed in your daily decisions.
Who It’s For
If you’re a Christian leader or someone who values Christian principles in business, nonprofits, education, healthcare, ministry, or government, this is built for you. You don’t need a new identity at work; you need a way to ground your leadership in Biblical wisdom while navigating budgets, boards, deadlines, and people. If you’re carrying a specific burden or hitting a wall with your team, this coaching meets you there.
How It Works (And How It’s Different)
This isn't the usual “50-minute coaching session once a month” model. It’s a focused, 90-day journey with real access and momentum:
You can have up to one coaching session each week. The decision is entirely yours. (virtual; in-person when applicable).
Ongoing access between sessions via Slack or email—so you’re supported when decisions can’t wait.
A #1 pain-point focus: we identify the single issue holding you back and build clear actions around it.
A detailed report after 90 days that captures your progress, decision patterns, next-step plan, and practices to sustain growth.
Under the hood, we’ll apply Triple Loop Leadership through a Christian lens:
First loop (Doing): the visible actions, your meetings, decisions, and habits—aligned with Scripture-informed priorities.
Second loop (Thinking): your mental models, how you interpret risk, conflict, and outcomes, renewed by Biblical truth and wise counsel.
Third loop (Being): the roots, identity, values, and calling, so your leadership flows from who you are in Christ, not just what you achieve.
The result? Greater clarity in complex choices, courage to lead through resistance, and conviction shaped by faith so your work advances real outcomes and Kingdom impact.
What Leaders Can Expect
Most clients come with one main problem, such as a project that’s stuck, a team that isn’t on the same page, constant conflict, or a big decision they keep putting off. Together, we’ll map out the problem, find the real cause, and set up weekly routines you can stick with. We’ll use easy tools that fit your schedule: short meeting scripts, step-by-step decision guides, and quick ways to give and get feedback.
Common outcomes include:
A simple, step-by-step plan to make a tough decision, with clear rules to keep you on track.
Easy daily and weekly habits that cut the chaos and help you finish what you start.
A clear picture of your leadership—why you lead and what you’ll do next.
Growing in your faith, shown in everyday choices: patience, courage, using your time and resources.
A Dedicated Space (And How to Start)
To keep this work focused, I launched a new site just for this service: www.drjeffmcgee.com. You’ll find the essentials there, what we’ll tackle, how we’ll work, and how to get on the calendar. I’m currently accepting new clients for the 90-day coaching journey.
If you’ve followed my work at Cross-Cultural Dynamics, nothing changes there: we continue equipping leaders and teams to build healthy culture. This new, faith-forward coaching creates space for explicitly Christian formation and leadership practice because I believe the Church needs bold, wise, deeply formed leaders in every workplace.
If this resonates, let’s talk. Bring your story, your biggest challenge, and your hope for what could be different in 90 days. I’d be honored to walk with you.
